Hans van Hoof

Hans has held senior positions at various European financial institutions, including PVF Pension Funds, Paribas Capital Markets and Bankers Trust. His roles during the past 22 years include senior Portfolio Manager, senior Risk Manager, Deputy Head of global equity derivatives, Managing Director responsible for M&A arbitrage, derivatives arbitrage and venture capital investments as well as Chairman and Senior Executive Officer of Soros Funds Limited in London. In 2002 Hans founded the VHC Alternative Investment Management group, active in Hedge Fund management, Corporate and Project Finance advisory services, Private Equity investments and Charitable projects.

Grant Loon

Grant’s experience in operations and trading execution roles within financial services has been with institutional sell-side Proprietary Trading and buy-side Hedge Fund management companies. As Chief Operating Officer of the VHC Group, he has developed a track record of implementing multi-office trading and operational infrastructure with overall responsibility for the Group’s operations, including oversight of trading support, fund administration, investor relations, compliance, financial control & accounting. Prior to joining VHC, Grant has worked at Morgan Stanley & Co International, Commerzbank Global Equities and Soros Funds Limited. More recently, as COO of a Stockholm based Hedge Fund management company, Grant has established a multi-fund operations infrastructure and risk management framework and undertaken various consultancy assignments within the Alternative Investment Management industry.

Tracy Chapman

Tracy has been working within global financial services for over 15 years. Since 2003, she has worked in strategic business development and advisory capacities for Alternative Investment Managers including advisory projects for multi-strategy New York based Hedge Funds. Most recently, Tracy's role at Carnegie Investment Bank in Stockholm was to evaluate alternative product offering platforms and formulate the roll out of this business to global institutional investors. Previous experience includes senior management positions within the Global Capital Markets division of Citigroup with multiple responsibilities for their European business.
